Indem du die bloobs_rain.dds und die bloobs_rain_heavy.dds in base/material/environment änderst, z. B. die gleiche .dds-Datei nebeneinander mehrfach einfügen ;)

wenn du es so meinst dass es fast den ganzen tag regnet musst du unter Optionen/Gameplay
den Schieberegler bei Regenwahrscheinlichkeit ganz nach rechts schieben. Geht aber nur
wenn du den aktuellen Patch installiert hast.
